While the sauce cooks down on low heat (30 mins, stir it often) cook and chill the pasta of your choice 4. In a pot(on low heat) mix the pasta with a good amount of vodka sauce, butter, and Parmesan. Top it off with more cheese and pepper flakes 😋

Truffles have such a unique aroma and taste. I remember every time we would get a delivery of fresh black winter truffles, It would perfume the whole kitchen!🤤 , it’s a very pungent earthy, nutty, and mushroom taste. Truffles are expensive because they come from specific areas of the world mainly Europe, in countries like France and Italy. Truffles only grow under specific oak trees and conditions. The best way to enjoy truffles and other dishes that contain expensive ingredients is to make it as simply as you can. Adding too much ingredients can overpower the truffle flavor. So I made pomme purée (mash potato) diced the truffles and lightly mixed it. A thinly sliced of truffle on top and we had left over meatloaf so I had to try it with truffles 😆😋. Btw is was🔥🔥 .
